1. Shrubbery (noun)
Pronunciation
"The two men rounded the corner of the shrubbery".
Definition
A plant whose main (woody) stem branches out low above the ground into several slender, roughly equal trunks.
Examples
1. My father planted shrubbery in front of the house.
2. In the park in my town there are a lot of shrubberies with round figures.
3. The shrubbery has been swamped out by us.
4. The gardener clipped the shrubbery.

Definition
Unfasten the buckle of (something, especially a belt or shoe).

Definition
causing laughter and providing entertainment.

Which part of speech is it?
"I’m the last of the Greenshaws.” She drew up her bent shoulders with a certain pride, and readjusted the rakish angle of the straw hat".
Definition
Join the ends of a flexible object or apply one on top of another two parts of a flexible object. Give a curved shape to something.
Examples.
1. I crashed on a motorcycle and bent my arm.

3. I bent down to pat a dog but it was like he wasn't there.

Which part of speech is it?
"Miss Greenshaw made a reference in my presence to beneficiaries not being able to witness a will and Mrs. Cresswell clearly understood what she meant by it".
Definition
Someone who is asked to be present at a particular event and signs their name in order to prove that things have been done correctly.
Examples.
1. The judge asked the witness to speak.

3. Did you get to witness the birth?
4. Maybe he's in some witness protection program.
